Two lines of cutting for large sheet of monolithic and stratified glass, equiping an automatic warehouse equipped with overhead travelling crane.

Manufacturing process of filaments glass, conrers and sheet; it is executed in varied manner depending on the forms, of the requests and of the finishing and/or of the purpose of products use.

Plant for the silk-screen printing and glazing with ceramics glazes without lead. The plant is complete of furnace that allows the drying before passing to the phase of quenching.

The layering is a process of glass safety creation by the use of base or quenched and/or stiffed products, interposed with plastic material features of elasticity, tenacity, and particlarly good voltage and with features of trasparency and brightness very similar to the glass (PVB). The process provides the welding of the various layers on the entire surface doing recourse to temeprature and pressure by the use of ovens and autocalves.

The plant allow an elevated productivity and a quality level in relations to the rules UNI EN 2150 e UNI EN 1288.
